I'm Joseph Rosenbaum — a Systems Designer and Full Stack AI Engineer based in Dallas, TX with over 15 years of experience spanning enterprise helpdesk, MSP operations, network infrastructure, cloud administration, VoIP deployment, and custom scripting & automation.

My career started on the bench at PC ASAP writing AutoIT tools to automate PC diagnostics. Since then I've grown into roles supporting complex Windows/AD/Azure environments, managing O365 tenants, deploying Citrix VDI, configuring SonicWall & HPE networking, and onboarding & migrating full Microsoft tenants for clients like AAHC Inc. and URC.

Outside client work I run a production-grade homelab on Proxmox with Docker, self-hosted services, and a Netbird/Wireguard mesh VPN deployed on a UDM-Pro. I build Power Automate workflows, host PowerShell function servers for irm-based one-liners, and document everything in Obsidian.
